  Linn Counties, Lane County Cascade Foothills, Lane County
  Lowlands, and Linn County Lowlands.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
