High Winds, Heavy Rain, Mountain Snow for the West Coast States

Strong Pacific storms will continue to bring high winds, heavy rains, and mountain snows to the Pacific Northwest, and into California by midweek. Heavy rains may cause localized flash flooding for portions of northern California and southwest Oregon by mid-week. High winds are also forecast for the northern Alaska Panhandle, including Juneau.
