Pacific storm system passage tonight. Precipitation will favor the NW third or so of the state. Snow accumulations will be found across the NC mtns favoring the Chama area and west facing slopes of the Sangre de Cristos.
A few showers or mountain snow showers are possible across northern New Mexico Sunday as a weak upper trough moves through the northern third of the state. Breezy to locally windy northwest winds are expected areawide during the afternoon.
Record warmth in March 2017 resulted in 143 records at 34 stations on 15 days.
