A return to gusty spring time winds will occur today. Temps will go on the rise. Critical fire weather conditions expected across the western tier this afternoon.
Warmer temperatures east, with dry and windy weather combining to produce critical fire weather over west-central NM Sunday afternoon.
Critical fire weather conditions will develop Monday across much of Northern & Central New Mexico. A Red Flag Warning is in effect.
Very windy conditions will develop Tuesday ahead of a Pacific cold front. In addition, there is some potential for critical fire weather conditions across the East Central Plains.
