An active night of weather with rain and mountain snow showers over the north, breezy to very windy conditions at most areas, and turning much colder everywhere!
Snow will fall over the northern mountains tonight, with accumulating snow above 8500 feet. Most should fall in the San Juan Mountains.
Breezy to very windy tonight, with strong to high winds over the mountains onto the eastern highlands and northeast.
Clear skies and calm winds will help temperatures to plummet Saturday night behind a cold front. The first freeze of the season is anticipated at the Albuquerque Sunport, which would be the 3rd latest first freeze on record!
