    <description>&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A BAND OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED MOVING ONSHORE AREAS&lt;br&gt;FROM TAMPA BAY TO CRYSTAL RIVER...AND INLAND ACROSS SUMTER COUNTY.&lt;br&gt;THE STRONGEST SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL AFFECT MUCH OF CITRUS AND&lt;br&gt;NORTHERN SUMTER COUNTY. ANOTHER BAND OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WAS&lt;br&gt;LOCATED OFFSHORE FROM CLEARWATER BEACH TO 50 MILES OFF PINELLAS&lt;br&gt;COUNTY. EXPECT ROUGH SEAS...1 INCH RAINFALL RATES PER HOUR...STRONG&lt;br&gt;GUSTY WINDS TO 30 MPH...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING&lt;br&gt;WILL OCCUR IN THE STRONGEST STORMS.
