Here's the outlook for the next 3 days for your travel plans across the nation, as well as a reference of what to pack with you before you hit the road on any trip this winter! A series of Pacific storm systems will bring additional snowfall to the Colorado high country Thursday night through the weekend. Heavy mountain snowfall and strong winds will be possible, especially Saturday and Saturday night. The lower elevations of northeast Colorado should remain mostly snow free, but there will be a chance of snow showers by Saturday afternoon and evening. There will also be periods of gusty winds Friday through the weekend.
