Supplies Request Guidance |
To All AA/CFO Staff, |
| In an effort to improve and publish procedures for
ordering and managing supplies, linked below is a "supplies
request form" that we need you to complete and submit when you
want basic office or IT supplies. We will be asking you to coordinate
your requests within your organization. Please indicate that you
have discussed your request with your supervisor and have received
approval by entering the name of your supervisor at the bottom of
the form: "Order Approved by... ". Should there be any
questions regarding why we placed an order, this is the document
that we will refer to. |
| We will be ordering supplies monthly or based on demand.
We will be organizing and filling requests from existing stock, whenever
possible. It
may save you time if you check the supply cabinets in the copy room
before making a request. We will be monitoring
stock supplies as well to ensure that we do not run low of critical
resources. |
| Please do not wait until you are out of something to request it. We need to factor in the time to order and the time to actually receive the items. |
| Many of you also have credit cards within your organizations. CFO2 is responsible for ordering and maintaining basic office supplies. If you have a special purpose event or requirement, please use your own resources and staff to complete your order. |

- For general stock items and for CFO2 requests, please submit your form to Victoria Harps.
