The National Weather Service conducted a damage survey in Conneaut after the storm on Sunday evening, June 27th. A tornado touch down occurred near Lake Road and Point Drive in Conneaut. The tornado moved east along Lake Road and lifted near the intersection of Broad and Russell Streets. Damage was mainly downed trees and limbs. Some roof damage also occurred and the roof of one garage was completely torn off.

A tornado touched down at Presque Isle, Sunday evening, June 27th, and was on the ground for a short distance. About 50 trees were downed in the park along the path of the tornado.
