NOAA/NWS Supports Smithsonian Folklife Festival

Christine Alex, NWS Office of Climate, Water, and Weather Services, answers weather-related
questions for a couple visiting the NOAA exhibit at the Smithsonian Folklife Festival.

A popular demonstration at the NOAA children's activities exhibit used a model to show how chemicals and pollutants can enter into drainage paths that flow into the Chesapeake Bay.
