Forecaster Leads Expedition Up Mount
Washington
A spectacular evening view of a lenticular "mushroom
type" cloud; this was taken Friday evening 2/8/02 in
North Conway, NH, looking north toward Mt. Washington.

(our transportation up and down the mountain) --- off to

up the mountain on Saturday 2/9/02; the tractor holds 10
passengers in the rear and 1 up front with the driver; it
travels up and down the mountain via the Mt. Washington
Auto Road and plows whenever conditions warrant; our trip
took approximately 2 hours.
