Dry and Warmer Thursday, Then Cooler and Wetter for the Weekend.

Warm temperatures and weak winds Thursday can be expected as dry high pressure remains in firm control across southeast Wyoming and the western Nebraska Panhandle. The high pressure system will weaken on Friday with moisture increasing going into the weekend. Wetter and cooler conditions expected over the weekend ahead of an approaching low pressure system.
