Warning for the following rivers in Maine...

  Kennebec River At Skowhegan affecting Somerset and Kennebec 
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 35,000.0 cfs, Flooding begins at campgrounds in 
  Skowhegan.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 PM EDT Monday the flow was 37,000.0 cfs.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river flow in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:00 PM EDT Monday was 39,930.0 cfs.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this evening and continue falling to 17,540.0 cfs early
    Thursday afternoon.
  - Flood flow is 35,000.0 cfs.
