This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Puerto Rico.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Lightning...Isolated possible across central interior and
northwestern sections of Puerto Rico during the afternoon. Be 
aware of thunderstorms in your area and be prepared to take 
shelter.

.Excessive Rainfall...Ponding of water in roads and poorly drained
areas across central interior and northwestern sections of Puerto
Rico during the afternoon. Urban and small streams flooding is 
possible.

.Excessive Heat...Heat index 102-107 degrees mainly along the west
and northwest coastal and urban areas of Puerto Rico and Culebra. 
Heat exhaustion possible with prolonged exposure..

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

The excessive rainfall and lightning hazards risk are possible 
each afternoon but in isolated areas, mainly over the central and 
west sections of Puerto Rico due to afternoon showers and isolated
thunderstorm development. Moisture advection and a southeasterly 
wind flow across the region, heat indices may surpass 102 degrees 
Fahrenheit, with localized areas experiencing 108-110 degrees by 
Friday and into the weekend.

about flooding, winds, waves, and rip currents to the National
Weather Service in San Juan.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

.Excessive Heat...Heat index between 100-107 degrees across north
and east coastal and urban areas. Heat exhaustion possible with 
prolonged exposure. By Tuesday an increase in rain will increase
the flood threat across the islands.
