  Dam along Interstate 80 and is nearly stationary.

  HAZARD...Hail and torrential rain.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Accumulation of hail and torrential rain is possible on 
           Interstate 80. Flash flooding is possible.
