IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A WEAK TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES
WILL LINGER ACROSS THE CENTRAL LAKES THIS EVENING BEFORE A RIDGE
OF HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES MOVES OVER LAKE MICHIGAN LATE
TONIGHT. LARGE LOW PRESSURE NEAR 29.3 INCHES WILL DEVELOP ACROSS
THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND REACH WESTERN
ONTARIO WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THIS WILL BRING A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE
LAKE ON THURSDAY. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES WILL MOVE UP THE
OHIO VALLEY ON FRIDAY.
