WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES OFF THE MID ATLANTIC WILL
QUICKLY MOVE OUT TO SEA TODAY. MEANWHILE...STRONG HIGH PRESSURE OF
30.8 INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST TONIGHT AND INTO
THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY FRIDAY AFTERNOON. THE CENTER OF THE
HIGH WILL SETTLE INTO THE OHIO VALLEY SATURDAY....AND THEN CONTINUE
EAST OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST SUNDAY. A WEAK TROUGH OF LOW
PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES WILL MOVE ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN LATE
SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY...WITH AN ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT MOVING
ACROSS THE LAKE SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. ANOTHER HIGH
PRESSURE SYSTEM OF 30.6 INCHES IS EXPECTED TO BUILD ACROSS THE
NORTHERN PLAINS AND UPPER MISSOURI VALLEY SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT.
