INCHES SHIFTS EAST ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS...AND THEN CONTINUE
EAST TO THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY AT 29.8 INCHES WEDNESDAY

WILL INCREASE STRONGLY THURSDAY NIGHT AS THE SYSTEM EXITS INTO

WILL MOVE INTO NEWFOUNDLAND WEDNESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE 30.20 INCHES
WILL DROP SOUTH ACROSS LAKE ERIE WEDNESDAY. THE HIGH WILL MOVE
OFF THE EAST COAST THURSDAY ALLOWING LOW PRESSURE 29.70 INCHES TO
MOVE ACROSS LAKE ERIE THURSDAY.  HIGH PRESSURE 30.50 INCHES WILL
MOVE ACROSS THE LAKES SATURDAY...THEN MOVE OFF THE MID ATLANTIC
COAST SUNDAY. THIS WILL ALLOW LOW PRESSURE 29.70 INCHES TO MOVE
ACROSS THE LOWER LAKES ON SUNDAY.
