NORTHEAST INTO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES...RESULTING IN A DEEPER 29.2
INCH LOW PRESSURE NEAR THE UPPER GREAT LAKES ON MONDAY EVENING.
ALTHOUGH THIS LOW WILL SHIFT NORTHEAST TO NEAR JAMES BAY ON
TUESDAY...A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.5 INCHES ON ITS
SOUTHWEST FLANK WILL EXTEND BACK INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES. THESE
FEATURES WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY BUT WEAKEN SLOWLY THROUGH
WEDNESDAY...TO THE EAST OF A 30.1 INCH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE BUILDING
OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS. THE LOW WILL FINALLY SHIFT EAST ON
THURSDAY...ALLOWING A 30.0 RIDGE TO MOVE INTO WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR.

.SYNOPSIS...
A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.7 INCHES SLIDES EAST FROM THE
PLAINS TODAY. AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.5 INCHES WILL
DEVELOP FROM THIS TROUGH ACROSS THE LOWER OHIO VALLEY BY MIDDAY
TODAY. THIS LOW WILL MOVE TO LOWER MICHIGAN TONIGHT AND DEEPEN TO
29.3 INCHES AS IT DOES. BY MONDAY EVENING...THE LOW WILL
CONSOLIDATE WITH ONE FROM THE SOUTHERN CANADIAN PRAIRIES OVER
EASTERN ONTARIO. THIS LOW WILL BE SLOW TO DEPART THE
REGION...LIKELY REMAINING JUST NORTH OR NORTHEAST OF THE GREAT
LAKES REGION INTO WEDNESDAY.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE...AVERAGING 30.40 INCHES...CENTERED OVER 
THE ONTARIO/QUEBEC BORDER WILL SLOWLY DRIFT EASTWARD AS LOW PRESSURE 
MOVES INTO THE REGION. THIS LOW...AVERAGING 29.50 INCHES...OVER THE 
OHIO VALLEY WILL DEEPEN TO 29.20 INCHES AS IT LIFTS INTO LOWER 
MICHIGAN TODAY AND TONIGHT. THIS LOW WILL THEN CONTINUE INTO ONTARIO 
ON MONDAY WITH A COLD FRONT SWEEPING EASTWARD ACROSS THE AREA IN ITS 
WAKE.

Synopsis for Lake Erie
.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE 29.60 INCHES OVER SOUTHERN ILLINOIS WILL
TRACK INTO MICHIGAN TONIGHT AS IT DEEPENS TO 29.20 INCHES. A WARM
FRONT ASSOCIATED WITH THE LOW WILL MOVE ACROSS LAKE ERIE THIS
EVENING AND A COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE LAKE LATE MONDAY. LOW
PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.20 INCHES WILL LINGER ACROSS CENTRAL ONTARIO
CANADA WITH A HIGH 30.10 INCHES ACROSS THE LOWER OHIO VALLEY
THROUGH MID WEEK.
