WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES ACROSS THE NORTHERN AND

1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...A BROAD REGION OF LOW PRESSURE WILL AVERAGE 29.90 INCHES 
AND LINGER OVER EASTERN QUEBEC DURING MOST OF THE WEEK. THIS WILL 
COMBINE WITH EQUALLY BROAD HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE PLAINS TO MAINTAIN 
COOL BUT LIGHT NORTHWEST TO WESTERLY WIND EACH DAY. CLUSTERS OF
