  • January 2019 was 3-4 degrees below normal.  Cedar Rapids and Moline had their all-time record low temperature broken on Jan 31st with values on -30 degrees and -33 degrees respectively.
  • Precipitation totals for January 2019 were a half inch to one and a half inches above normal.
  • Snowfall totals for January 2019 were about 15 to 20 inches above normal.
