Warm and dry Spring conditions continue across the Borderland for Friday. Temperatures warmer than normal, with El Paso likely to see it's 2nd consecutive 90 degree day. Very dry surface conditions, with extremely low relative humidity. Abundant morning clouds will give way to sunnier afternoon skies. Winds will be from the southwest and marginally breezy in the afternoon.
