2017 Red River & Devils Lake Basin Outlook - March 22nd Update!

The National Weather Service has issued an update to the 2017 Spring Flood Flood Outlook. Snowmelt runoff will kick in again soon and should generate moderate to major flooding across the far north end of Red River Valley by early April... and could cause Devils Lake to rise 3 to 4 feet by late May or early June.
