        For GetFeature requests, users can provide one or more latitude and 
        longitude pairs, a valid time, and a comma delimited list of 
        weather parameters.  The latitude and longitude values are 
        separated by a "," while each pair is separated by a space. 
        The latLonList and bbox inputs are mutually exclussive.  The
        bbox input takes the lower and upper points defining a rectangle
        that represents the desired subgrid. The resolution input is 
        provided only when the bbox input is used.  The default value
        for the resolution input tries to return 200 points.
