It will be mostly cloudy Sunday with a chance of showers and thunderstorms ahead of a dryline and cold front. Highs will be in the mid 60s to lower 70s. South winds 10 to 20 mph will shift to the southwest late morning through the afternoon as the dryline moves east. The dryline should be near or just east of the I-35 corridor by early afternoon and a few storms ahead of the dryline could produce some gusty winds. Skies will start to clear behind the dryline.
Temperatures will start to moderate today, but it will still be quite cool with highs expected to be in the 40s. There will be an increase in cloud cover during the day southwest of a Cisco to Hearne line, and it will be mostly sunny elsewhere. Winds will be southerly at 5 to 10 mph.
It will be mostly clear and cold tonight with low in the 20s to around 30 degrees. Winds will be southerly at 5 to 10 mph.
Clouds will be on the increase southeast of a Lampasas to Sulphur Springs line on Friday. It will be mostly sunny elsewhere. Highs will be in the upper 40s southeast to the lower 60s west. South winds 5 to 10 mph will increase to 10 to 20 mph during the afternoon.
It will be partly to mostly cloudy and warmer Saturday with a chance of showers along and east of a Bonham to Cameron line. Highs will range from the mid 60s east to the lower 70s west.
With very cold temperatures forecast for North and Central Texas, be sure to dress in layers to stay warm!
