CA zone 28 (VEF's area) and CA zone 61 (SGX's area) were modified due to the changes to CA zones 30 and 32, respectively. Correction made to SJU's PR zones 01 and 03. A polygon in zone 03 was mislabeled as part of zone 01. NOTE: The time zone label for all zones in the SJU area was changed from "V" to "A" at the request of SJU. However, following this change it was discovered that this label conflicts with the official DOT definitions which specify the Alaska time zone being "A" and Puerto Rico being "V". Therefore, the next revision to the zone shapefile will change the time zone label for the SJU area back to "V". Corrections made to zone name spellings in Puerto Rico zones 001, 002, 004, 005, and 007 at request of SJU.
