High pressure building into the Western U.S. will create strong offshore winds in southern California. Temperatures in this region are unseasonably hot, and conditions are dry. NORTHWEST FLOW SNOW SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE
TENNESSEE BORDER COUNTIES TUESDAY NIGHT...AS TEMPERATURES QUICKLY
DROP FOLLOWING THE PASSAGE OF A COLD FRONT TUESDAY AFTERNOON. SNOW
SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT THE NORTH CAROLINA MOUNTAINS ON
WEDNESDAY BEFORE TAPERING OFF WEDNESDAY NIGHT. SIGNIFICANT
SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY ON NORTHWEST
