Today will be dreary and much cooler. Scattered to numerous light showers are expected along with patchy drizzle and fog this morning. Highs will only reach the upper 50s to lower 60s this afternoon.
Tonight will bring light showers, mainly in southern middle Tennessee and northeast Alabama. Patchy fog is also forecast to develop with visibility of 3/4 mile or less possible in some areas. Low temperatures will fall into the upper 40s to around 50 degrees.
A warming trend is ahead this week. There will be lower end chances of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after Tuesday. High temperatures on Monday in the lower 70s, will warm back into the middle 80s later in the week.
