Other benefits: increased data flow from Middle East (Saudi and 22 other Arab speaking nations), which correlates to more accurate global numerical weather prediction models; improved relations (Foreign Policy); more accurate and timely forecasts in Saudi Arabia to protect the estimated 18 million people.
