Record number of 100 degree days for Wichita

At 1139 am Thursday(Sept. 1st) the temperature in Wichita climbed to 100 degrees, allowing 2011 to surpasses 1936 for the most 100 degree days in a year. The graph below shows how this year compares to previous years.
