Severe weather threat shifts east into Mississippi Valley on Wednesday

The National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center expects an enhanced risk of severe weather on Wednesday. The area of greatest concern is from central Missouri through Arkansas into eastern Texas and Louisiana. In this area, damaging winds, very large hail and isolated tornadoes are all possible.
