As a cold front approaches the area on Tuesday, much drier air & gusty winds will move into the area, especially west of I-55 & into the ArkLaMiss Delta. Due to somewhat drier soils, this will combine with critical humidity values for increasing fire danger. Take extra caution if performing outside burning.
Rain chances will end in the east shortly after midnight. Temperatures will be cooler than the last several nights but close to normal for this time of the year.
Monday will be sunny and dry. Temperatures will cooler than normal.
