Tropical Depression Cindy to Bring the Possibility of Heavy Rainfall and Severe Storms to Eastern Kentucky

Abundant tropical moisture with the remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy will bring the threat of heavy rainfall and flash flooding to eastern Kentucky through Saturday morning. The addition of a cold front dropping south into the area in combination with Cindy may produce a few strong to severe storms today.
