Very warm temperatures and muggy conditions can be expected into the weekend with high pressure off to the east helping to bring southerly flow off the Gulf of Mexico. A series of low pressure systems over the Southern Plains will help increase the south winds with conditions becoming quite breezy for Friday through Sunday. Wind Advisories may be needed during that time frame. Rain chances will enter the forecast late Sunday as the upper level ridge that will be over the region breaks down. The rain chances will continue into Monday.
