There will be an enhanced chance of severe weather across south central Arkansas and slight chance of severe weather across the remainder of the State for this afternoon and evening. A line of thunderstorms is expected to develop and sweep across the state. Strong and damainging wind is the primary concern with this event.
This is a simulation of what the radar could look like as a line of strong thunderstorms crosses the state at 5 pm and at midnight. The line of storms will continue moving to the east through the evening, reaching the Mississippi River early Saturday morning.
