Many low temperatures tonight will be below freezing. The lows will range from the mid 20s to mid 30s. Be sure to take precautions to protect tender vegetation, outdoor plants and flowers.
The last freeze of the winter/early spring does not usually occur until mid-March in southeast Arkansas. In the northwest, the last freeze typically holds off until mid-April.
Our next Skywarn spotter training class is scheduled for this Saturday, February 25th at 10:00 am in Hot Springs, AR (Garland County). The class is free and open to the public.
