.Summary...
To say this February was warm was an understatement. The monthly
temperature was ten degrees above the 30-year average. This
made February 2017 the warmest in 90 years, and the warmest ever
recorded in terms of average temperature. Twice during the month,
highs reached the 80-degree mark, and these were the first 80-degree
readings in February in since 1972. There were a few scant cool
periods during the month, but these were few and far between.

Rainfall was well below average. No snow fell.

The average monthly high temperature was the warmest since 1930, and
the 3rd warmest on record. The average monthly low temperature was
the warmest since 1938, and the warmest on record. The average
monthly temperature was the warmest since 1927, and the warmest on
record.

.Daily Temperatures...
Daily temperatures were above average on 22 days, and below average
on six days.
