ENDED UP BEING FOUR AND A HALF DEGREES ABOVE THE 30-YEAR AVERAGE.
ANOMALOUSLY WARM WEATHER RETURNED TO THE AREA...WITH DAILY
TEMPERATURES AS MUCH AS 10-20 DEGREES ABOVE AVERAGE...ESPECIALLY AT
THE END OF THE SECOND WEEK AND END OF THE THIRD. THE MONTH...HOWEVER
WARM IT MAY HAVE BEEN...FAILED TO CRACK THE TOP WARMEST.

RAINFALL WAS WITHIN HALF AN INCH OF THE 30-YEAR AVERAGE. SNOWFALL
WAS BELOW AVERAGE FOR THE 7TH JANUARY IN A ROW.
