...October 2016 Was Rather Warm Across Arkansas...

Preliminary indications are that, statewide, October 2016 was one of
the warmest Octobers ever recorded. At the least, it should be one of
the five warmest, and the warmest since 1963.

At many individual locations around the state, October 2016 was one of
the ten warmest. Listed below are sites where October 2016 landed in the
