----------- News about this release:
I have just finished putting together version "1.61" (last one that I
announced was "1.60" on 8/24/2004).

This release is mainly focused on being able to support: Image
Generation for the Pacific Region Sectors (Hawaii, Guam).

1) As I mentioned in my 1.60 release, the NWS has started providing data
for Hawaii and Guam. They are currently still experimenting with it,
but some weather service people wanted to be able to use the image
generation capability in tkdegrib to facilitate their tests. Version
1.61 is now able to create and view images for Hawaii and Guam.
