Flooding Concerns in Puerto Rico; Thunderstorms Across the Southeast U.S.

Showers and thunderstorms capable of producing widespread heavy rainfall will be possible across much of Puerto Rico today. Heavy rainfall will likely lead to flash, urban and small stream flooding. Tornadoes spawned by Hurricane Isbell across central and southern Florida. Indicated is the Fujita Tornado Intensity Scale rating of each tornado reported. At least 48 people were injured and $560,000 in damage (1964 dollars) occurred from these tornadoes.
