A line of showers and storms will spread across the region Sunday afternoon into late Sunday night. Some storms could become severe with damaging winds, hail (nickel to quarter size), and a few tornadoes. The most favored location for severe weather will be across southeast Mississippi and southwest Alabama (along and west of I-65 in the Slight Risk area).
