Some fairly impressive rainfall totals over the past week. Fortunately, we will have the next few days to dry out.
Flooding is occuring across many parts of East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia this morning. Don't underestimate the power of water! It only takes 6 inches of moving water to carry away an adult, 12 inches for a small car, and 18-24 inches for larger vehicles. Never drive across a flooded road!
