Mid and high level clouds and a southerly flow should keep low temperatures above normal again tonight. Low will range from the upper 40s and lower 50s across Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee to the lower and middle 50s across the remainder of East Tennessee and Southwest North Carolina.
