Sustained winds of 15 to 30 mph with gusts near 45 mph will be possible in the East Tennessee mountains today through mid afternoon.
Much colder temperatures will build in behind a cold front that will move through the area on Thursday. Lows in the teens and lower 20s can be expected Friday morning and Saturday morning, with highs on Friday only in the 20s and 30s.
