Instructions for ftp and http users:
On December 1, 2009, at 1400 UTC, files for the SPC Day 4 to 8 Convective Outlook  element in GRIB2 format will be changed from the NDFD experimental http and ftp subdirectories to the NDFD operational http and ftp subdirectories for the CONUS and the 16 pre-defined NDFD CONUS subsectors.
The file name for the GRIB2 file for the SPC Day 4 to 8 Convective Outlook element within each subdirectory will be ds.conhazo.bin.

Note: The SPC Day 4 to 8 Convective Outlook element will not be available in this subdirectory until December 1, 2009, after 1400 UTC
