Significant Storm System to Bring Impacts to the Central Plains through the Holiday Weekend

A complex storm system will impact the Plains Thanksgiving Day through the holiday weekend. On the warm side of the storm system, heavy rainfall may lead to flash and river flooding in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas while accumulating snowfall and ice accumulations are likely from West Texas through the Central Plains.
