BUFKIT is a forecast profile visualization and analysis tool kit. It is targeted as a training and forecast tool for the decision makers of the National Weather Service. It is also available to anyone that would like to explore very high vertical and temporal resolution model output for specific point locations.

In order to use BUFKIT you should download have the latest installation software from here.

To download the file for a particular station, right click on the "X" that corresponds to the model and location of choice, then left click on "Save Target As" and place the file in the appropriate directory.

The "Time Lagged" Files are designated as:
tNAM eta, tGFS3 gfs3, and tRAP eta in your bufkit.cfg file.
