Instructional Component 4.3: 3-Month Outlook
of Local El Nino/La Nina Impacts (3MOLEI)

The purpose of this Instructional Component is to get familiar
with principles of Composite techniques (a statistical analysis
of frequencies in two climate variable samples) used in NOAA NWS
forecast practices, as well as to know how NWS local offices staff
will be participating in developing in developing and implementation
of new NWS local climate forecast product: Three Month Outlook of
Local El Nino / La Nina Impact (3MOLEI). The following modules are
