Though we may not answer all emails right away, we will try to read them all to discover suggestions for improvements. If you send us a specific question regarding the overall organization or specific aspect of program testing, something we are uniquely qualified to answer, then we will try to answer in a timely manner.
We do scan webmaster emails for web site problems the webmaster can fix, such as a broken link.
