Very warm temperatures and dry westerly winds behind a dryline will increase fire weather conditions across southwest Oklahoma and western north Texas this afternoon.
Thunderstorms may develop near a dry line in western Oklahoma or near the intersection of a dry line and slowly-advancing cold front near the Kansas border late this afternoon and evening.
Areas of light rain are expected to change over to freezing rain or sleet Wednesday and Wednesday night. Some light ice accumulations are possible.
Some of the rainfall in southeast Oklahoma could be heavy on Tuesday.
