Forecast rainfall amounts late Friday Night through early Sunday. Look for widespread one to three inch rainfall amounts with isolated higher totals possible. This could result in additional rises on area waterways as well as flooding of poor drainage and flood prone areas.
Isolated to widely scattered showers and possibly a few thunderstorms will still remain possible tonight across Northeast Texas, Southeast Oklahoma, Southwest Arkansas, and extreme Northern Louisiana, near and just ahead of a cold front.
Cooler conditions will slowly spill southeast into Northeast Texas, Southeast Oklahoma, and Southwest Arkansas tonight with the passage of a cold front. However, mild and humid conditions will persist elsewhere over Lower East Texas and North Louisiana, with temperatures only falling into the upper 60s.
